Oversee the work of multiple crews, supervising foremen, scheduling work, ensuring resources available (equipment, material, subcontractors), layout jobs, and ensure USA compliance. The successful candidate must have a safety-first commitment as well as a commitment to achieving quality work within budget. Additional responsibilities include training new foremen and crew members as needed, communicating timely with Project Managers, keeping track of material costs and equipment usage, and promoting teamwork. Must have working knowledge of Cal OSHA regulations and GC 4216 requirements.
Minimum 4 years of experience in water/services/hydrants/meter repair and installation; Valid CA Drivers’ license with clean record; excellent communication and supervisory skills; able to pass drug/alcohol screen and background check.

The duties and responsibilities include:
