Programs
We are especially proud of our Supplier Diversity Program, a large network of WMDVBE and LGBT suppliers and subcontractors. The program seeks qualified and certified Minority, Women, and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (WMDVBE) and LGBT service providers that can deliver outstanding construction services in the communities where we work. Our mission is to establish lasting partnerships with diverse suppliers and subcontractors that expand opportunities, strengthen economies, and foster sustainable success for everyone involved. A pioneer in championing professional diversity, we have mentored WMDVBE and LGBT business owners for over 50 years. We help to increase their understanding of the high standards required in the construction industry, and attribute a significant part of our success to these strong relationships.
