Natural Gas Systems

  • Extensive Operator Qualification (OQ) Program
    • We have several OQ Evaluators on our staff and extensive on-site training facilities
    • We provide in-house training along with OQ evaluations
    • Our workforce has certifications for dozens of OQ tasks including performance of many "hot-work" operations
  • Complete Gas Distribution system construction
    • New/Replacement gas mains, service laterals, tie-ins, and support operations
  • Gas Service installations
    • Either single-service, defined-area or program-level
      Applicant-Installed systems
    • West Valley also is certified for Applicant-Design of PG&E gas systems
  • Plumbing
    • Gas meter-sets and internal building gas plumbing

Electric Infrastructure
